The Story of NORQAIN
Born in the Swiss Alps, NORQAIN is a watch brand that dares to go its own way. Founded in 2018, NORQAIN is a fully independent, family-owned Swiss watch company located in Nidau (Bienne) in the heart of the Swiss watch industry. The board is made up of watch industry experts and elite athletes, and since 2022, JeanClaude Biver has served as the Advisor to the Board. Driven by the excitement that comes with exploring the road less travelled, NORQAIN has three collections – Independence, Adventure and Freedom – that are exclusively equipped with mechanical automatic movements.
The NORQAIN logo with the two side-by-side N's symbolizes a mountain peak. The Swiss Alps have always inspired NORQAIN, and their perfect imperfections have influenced the brand's vision. An adventurous mountaineering spirit is deeply rooted in NORQAIN's DNA, who are constantly seeking the next challenge.
NEXT-LEVEL INDEPENDENCE & LONG-TERM VISION
In February 2020 NORQAIN announced an exciting long-term partnership with esteemed movement manufacturer Kenissi allowing us to introduce two Manufacture calibers produced exclusively for NORQAIN. The three-hand NN20/1 and the GMT NN20/2, embody proven robustness, premier performance, and precision that surpasses industry standards. Today, the company is ready to take the next big step in its own watchmaking adventure with a new mechanical milestone and the introduction of an exclusive new high-performance manufacture flyback chronograph movement, the NORQAIN 8K Manufacture Calibre (NK24/1), developed in partnership between NORQAIN and Manufacture AMT under the guidance of NORQAIN founder and CEO Ben Küffer and NORQAIN Advisor to the Board Jean-Claude Biver.

Roman Josi - RECORD-BREAKING ICE HOCKEY PLAYER
Roman Josi is a Swiss professional ice hockey player and the captain of the Nashville Predators in the NHL. In 2016, Roman was selected for the NHL All-Star Team and he has since been re-elected in 2019 and 2020. He has won the Swiss hockey championship (2010), as well as two World Championship silver medals (2013 and 2018). In the 2019/2020 season he became the first Swiss player to win the James Norris Memorial Trophy as the league’s best defenceman.
STAN WAWRINKA - GRAND SLAM TENNIS CHAMPION
Stan is one of the greatest, most resilient and respected tennis players of his generation, a gentleman on and off the court. In a pro career spanning more than two decades, he has won 16 titles, including three Grand Slams, as well as Olympic gold and the Davis Cup with his native Switzerland. He is recognised around the world for his tenacity and sportsmanship.

NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE PLAYER ASSOCIATION
As part of this partnership, NORQAIN had a presence in the NHLPA AllStar Lounge, interacting with all 44 all-stars. And over the course of the partnership, several NHLPA players will participate in exclusive NORQAIN initiatives, and NORQAIN will also have a presence at joint events during the hockey season and in the off-season. The commitment of NORQAIN Board member Mark Streit, 2017 Stanley Cup winner and Swiss hockey legend, and Roman Josi, three-time NHL All-Star player, Norris Trophy winner, and captain of the Nashville Predators has been a key factor in NORQAIN’s entry into ice hockey and in the establishment of this important alliance with the NHLPA
OFFICIAL TIMEKEEPING PARTNER OF THE TCS NEW YORK CITY MARATHON
NORQAIN is pleased to be a Strategic Partner of the New York Road Runners (NYRR). In this exciting role, NORQAIN serves as the Official Timekeeper of not only the TCS New York City Marathon, but also the United Airlines NYC Half, RBC Brooklyn Half, and the Abbott Dash to the Finish 5k. In honor of this partnership, NORQAIN has launched a special edition Wild ONE timepiece that incorporates the TCS New York City Marathon racecourse and an eye-catching black and white aesthetic, with only 262 models being produced.
